We recommend brewing with:
- Mangrove Jack's Craft Series M44 West Coast Ale Yeast
- Mangrove Jack's Beer Yeast Nutrient
- Mangrove Jack’s Hop Pellets - Galaxy 50g
- Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.
- Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.
- Aerate, pitch Mangrove Jack's M44 West Coast Ale yeast and Yeast Nutrient.
- Dry hop with 50g Galaxy on day 7
- Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
