We started as home brewers - so we know home brew and are on a mission to fill ‘hoods across Australia with great tasting, affordable, brewery quality beer - brewed by you.
We’ve kept it simple with our core range of easy drinkers and hoppy craft favourites - all tried and tested by our team and the toughest critics - home brewers.
We’ve done all the hard work - creating Fresh Wort, brewed with high quality ingredients, in a commercial craft brewery. All you need to do is add water, yeast and hops, let it ferment and you’ll have beer that tastes like it should be on tap at the pub or in an artsy can at your favourite craft bottlo’.

Clean, Crisp, Light
Even the non craft beer lovers like this one. Light in both colour and flavour a subtle amount of Magnum hops gives a light spicy flavour with a hint of citrus.
Session
Refreshing, Easy Drinking
Our staple pale ale! A super drinkable pale ale with low bitterness and a really clean, refreshing flavour. Expect hints of mango and pine with tropical aromas.
Hazy Pale Ale
Smooth, Tropical, Cloudy
Light in colour and cloudy in appearance, with intense mango, citrus and tropical flavours and a smooth, creamy mouth feel. A perfect brew for summer.
NEIPA
Juicy, Fruity, Hazy
Big, bold and full of flavour. It’s a full bodied beer with juicy tropical flavours. A cracker for summer, but you can drink it year round.

G’day. I’m Mark, founder and head brewer at Neighbourhood Brewing Co.
As a beer lover, I started home brewing as a hobby in 2002. Having travelled across Australia and the world, ‘researching’ different beer styles, I started to play around with different processes, ingredients and beer styles in my home brews all on my trusty Grainfather G30.
In 2021 I started NBC, in my home town of Newcastle. With a vision of producing high quality, cost effective Fresh Wort - that made it easy for even the most novice of home brewers to produce great beer.
Since then, we’ve grown from producing the fresh wort in my garage to working with commercial breweries - to increase volume (to meet demand) and quality of the product.
