A sweet, well bodied stout. Using lactose and rolled oats to provide a full body, silky smooth mouthfeel with a creamy head.

Warrior and East Kent Goldings hops have been combined with our grain recipe to provide rich flavours of caramel, spice, chocolate and biscuit.

  • We recommend brewing with:

    • Mangrove Jack's Craft Series M15 Empire Ale Yeast

    • Mangrove Jack's Beer Yeast Nutrient

    • Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.

    • Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.

    • Aerate, pitch Mangrove Jack's M15 Empire Ale yeast and Yeast Nutrient.

    • Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
